　　根据泰国1999年修正之植物检疫法，进口植物及植物产品分为禁止输入之植物及植物产品、限制输入之植物及植物产品及无输入限制之植物及植物产品三类。

　(一)禁止输入之植物及植物产品

　　禁止输入之植物及植物产品表中所列产品依规定不得进口，惟经泰国农业合作部农业厅事先核准且用于研究及实验目的之项目除外。此类产品包括农业合作部公告自特定地区输入之指定植物及植物产品、植物病虫害寄主、土壤及肥料。

4.	橡胶类植物及鲜胶乳、切块、片 ﹙Plants in the genus Hevea as rubber etc. and carrier as Fresh latex, Cup lump, Scrap.﹚	玻利维亚、巴西、布吉那法索、喀麦隆、哥伦比亚、刚果、哥斯达黎加、多米尼加、埃及、萨尔瓦多、加纳、危地马拉、盖亚纳、洪都拉斯、墨西哥、尼日利亚、巴拿马、巴拉圭、秘鲁、圣卢西亚、苏里南、斯威士兰、叙利亚、千里达托贝哥、委内瑞拉

　(二)限制输入之植物及植物产品

　　限制输入之植物及植物产品表中所列产品之输入规定包括：1. 必须具备出口国政府有关单位核发之植物检疫证明﹙Phytosanitary certificate﹚、2. 需根据植物检疫人员之指示处理、3. 输入此类产品需经全面检验，尤其是用于繁殖的植物。

　(三)无输入限制之植物及植物产品　

　　凡不属于上述两类之产品皆属于无输入限制之植物及植物产品。此类产品进口时无须提供植物检疫证明及进口许可，但须向进口港口通知检验。所有进口皆需经过检验，一旦发现植物检疫病虫害则需经检疫处理或消毒。
